Chatham Hall is an all-girls boarding school in Southern Virginia. Chatham Hall boasts a 12,256 square foot dynamic learning commons to serve as an academic and technological hub for collaborative learning, research, study, and teaching on campus. There are seven main departments for girls to learn from and include: English, Fine and Performing Arts, History and Social Sciences, Math, Science, World Languages, and Independent Studies. Girls are encouraged to participate in both competitive and non-competitive sports to team-build and get involved with peers beyond the classroom. Chatham's Interscholastic Equestrian Team travels and competes at different venues locally and nationally and earned Reserve Champion in 2015 and placing fourth nationally in 2016.
